Psychoeducation

 This is an 8-week, clinician-led psychology program for adults focused on understanding trauma, PTSD, and how lived experiences shape the nervous system over time. The program uses The Body Keeps the Score as the primary framework for learning and discussion.

The group begins March 7, 2026, and meets weekly on Saturdays from 3:30–5:30 PM CST in a virtual format.

Enrollment closes at midnight on March 7, 2026. Once enrollment closes, no additional participants will be admitted.
